Young BPW

Young Business and Professional Women are BPW members who are 35 years of age, or younger. The purpose of the Young BPW committee is to initiate and develop activities which are of interest for younger members, adding to the overall BPW membership experience.

Young BPW seeks to encourage younger women to learn more about the organization, support and participate in its objectives and become valuable members of BPW.

By creating mentorship programs, we will help bring together the Young BPW and the other BPW members who have more life experiences to share.

Jodi-Williams.jpg

Resolutions and Bylaws Chair

Jodi Williams

BPW Cambridge Member since 2022

Jodi Williams is a mother of 3 adult children and enjoys gardening, walks, listening to music, her 2 cats and continuous learning.

She is a practicing certified EOL Doula in Cambridge, Ontario.

After working 30 years in the social services sector supporting adults on the ASD spectrum to improve and enhance their quality of lives Jodi felt a pull to further educate herself and follow her path to support those and their caregivers at the end of life.

Her father received palliative care over 25 years ago and as appreciative as her family was of the care he received it was also eye opening to learn how limiting their time was with patients. Fast forward to current times and unfortunately things have not improved. Jodi feels that those nearing the end of life should be comforted, pampered and acknowledged as they proceed to their final destination.

Jodi offers a purposeful presence, training, experience and spiritual calling to accompany those through the dying process.
